Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to process your orders and provide customer support. If you create an account, we also hold your account and sign-in details. If you join a waitlist for an upcoming piece, we collect your name and email address for that purpose only, to let you know when that specific piece becomes available. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose only.

We send you emails that are necessary to your order: confirming payment, and letting you know when your order has shipped or been delivered. These are a normal part of placing an order with us and are not something you can opt out of while you have an order in progress.

Joining a product waitlist only authorizes us to notify you about that specific product. It does not sign you up for our newsletter. Our newsletter (new collections, drops, and MOSICH updates) is sent only to people who explicitly subscribe to it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link included in every newsletter email; no account or login is required. Unsubscribing from the newsletter never affects necessary order or fulfillment emails.

Your payment information is processed securely through our payment provider. MOSICH does not store your card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate our website and process your order (for example, with the providers that power account sign-in, payment processing, delivery, and email delivery), or where we are required to do so to comply with legal requirements. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their part in getting your order, or an email you're expecting, to you.

Recently viewed items are remembered using your browser's local storage, so they stay on your device, not on our servers. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

By using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
