Shipping & Delivery

MOSICH arranges delivery for every order directly — there is no third-party courier booking or automated tracking system. Delivery pricing is calculated from the State and City / Area you provide at checkout, using MOSICH's own approved rates. What you see at checkout is exactly what you'll be charged.

MOSICH offers priced delivery to a defined list of areas within Lagos, plus every other Nigerian state and the FCT. If your State and City / Area aren't yet covered, checkout will let you know before you pay, and you can reach out via Contact & Support to arrange delivery.

MOSICH dispatches orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. We don't promise same-day delivery or a specific arrival date — dispatch day is the one fixed part of the timeline; actual arrival depends on your location.

Once your order has been prepared and handed off for delivery, tracking information becomes available on your order. You can check the status of any order at any time from My Orders.
